5.) Pro, Cat. 1, and composite teams looking for extra rider(s) can download the list (see below) of available cyclists looking for a guest riding opportunity at Toona. Guest riders will pay their own travel expenses and bring their own bike, if required.

COMPOSITE TEAM RIDERS
  • must all wear same jersey (shorts can be different
  • must bring written, signed release from sponsored club/team to registration
  • must pay own entry fee and travel expenses
  • must bring own bike

The composite team list is an informal process and simply compiles the list of available riders looking for teams. Existing Pro/Cat. 1 teams, composite teams, and availble riders are responsible for viewing the list and contacting each other.

Accident/Injury Claim Process for Injured Cyclists:

1.) Always report an injury/accident to an official at the race on the same day it occurred.

2.) Fill out a current First Report Occurrence form.

3.) Fill out a current Accident/Injury Insurance Claim Form.

4.) Follow these instructions.

1B5. Violations of Rules (c) A rider who is disqualified for a medical control infraction must promptly return any prizes and primes won in the event, though this obligation shall be stayed while a hearing is pending.

IMPORTANT: All cyclists are subject to random, unannounced drug testing throughout the duration of the event by USADA officials. Riders with pending doping cases are NOT permitted to register or participate in the Tour de Toona. Any riders disqualified as a result of a doping test either before or during the Tour de Toona will be required to return any prize money forfeited via USADA agreement or CAS ruling.
